Is nutrition more important than exercise……..???
In my opinion an person should concentrate on 80% nutrition and 20% on exercise.
If daily schedule is proper of a person then it helps to stay fit.
That is why :-
* first you have to make a proper schedule according to your daily routine.
* think of what you eat in your daily life.
* are you getting proper nutrition from that?
* if not then think…….why?
If nutrition is good it helps body to work and in workout work is the main thing. That is why first focus on nutrition then workout OR exercise.
NUTRITION
Essential nutrients
*Protein
*Carbohydrates
*Fats
*Vitamins
*Minerals
*Water
PROTEINS
A startling 16 percent of the average person’s body weight is from protein. Protein is used primarily for growth, health, and body maintenance.

The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound. This amounts to: 56 grams per day for the average sedentary man. 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman.
CARBOHYDRATES
Carbohydrates should make up 45 to 65 percent of your total daily calories

So, if you get 2,000 calories a day, between 900 and 1,300 calories should be from carbohydrates. That translates to between 225 and 325 grams of carbohydrates a day
FATS
Yes, fat is high in calories, but those calories are an important energy source for your body.

Healthy adults should limit their saturated fat intake to no more than 10% of total calories. For a person eating a 2000 calorie diet, this would be 22 grams of saturated fat or less per day.
VITAMINS
Vitamins are vital for warding off disease and staying healthy. The body needs these micro nutrients to support its functions. There are 13 essential vitamins that the body needs to function properly, including vitamins A, C, B6, and D.

Each vitamin plays an important role in the body, and not getting enough of them can cause health problems and disease.
The adult (eating roughly 2,000 calories per day) should get 1,136 milligrams of calcium each day.
MINERALS
Much like vitamins, minerals help support the body. They’re essential for many body functions, including building strong bones and teeth, regulating your metabolism, and staying properly hydrated. Some of the most common minerals are calcium, iron, and zinc.

How much you need: Adults ages 19-50: 1,000 milligrams per day. Women age 51 and older: 1,200 milligrams per day.
WATER
You can go for weeks without food, but you can’t last more than a few days without water. Water is absolutely crucial for every system in your body. It’s also the main thing you are made of. About 62 percent of your body weight is water.

To prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water. There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.
This is the basic information about the nutrition. You will get more detail in my next blog.
Stay Fit👍 and keep supporting.
